Refund policy



 

How does your return policy work?

You must submit your return request using the following form: Return & Refund form.

We want to rid the world of cheap, ugly running clothes.

That's why we only list an item if it's made well, harms less and brings joy to your runs.

If it doesn't, you have 100 days after placing your order to return it, for free.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

(a) unworn, unused, and unwashed;
(b) returned with the original tags and labels attached;
(c) returned in the original packaging (including boxes, pouches, or protective wrapping).

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Returns sent without submitting the form and receiving return instructions will not be processed. Please do not send items to our head office.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please submit a return request and place a new order separately once your return is accepted.

How can I send my item back to you?

We will email you a return shipping label. Please pack the items in their original box, attach the shipping label to the box, and ship it to the designated location.

If you are returning items from different brands, we will provide a separate return shipping label for each brand. Items must be packed separately in their original packaging.

Are returns free?

Unless otherwise stated, returns are 100% free.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

You will receive an email update once your return has been received. Your refund will be issued to the same payment method used for your order. PayPal refunds typically appear immediately. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on the processing times of your payment provider.

Please note that shipping costs are not refunded. This applies to both the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs.
